We are not here to prove the technology. We are here to make it work.
Quantum is where AI was several years ago, moving from the laboratory to the market. Unlike AI, quantum will not make that move on return-on-capital alone. A government can fund the systems and still miss the people who can use them, and the industry that puts them to work. That is the void Qlocity addresses.

Each step informs the next. Assessments establish baseline and gap data on quantum readiness and quantum assets. Studies establish homegrown opportunities and external prospects such as workforce engagement and development, industry base, and capital environment recommendations, all gathered in one place and read through the region's unique context. Our synthesis turns those facts into decisions. The Roadmap is how a region begins to build – and we can help with that, too.
What we've done
Our practitioners have decades of experience in their disciplines, including international commercialization of emerging technologies.
That experience includes the development and end-to-end management of a regional quantum strategy, which included:
- Securing a directed appropriation to fund the effort
- Live inventory of the region’s quantum readiness level and on-deck quantum assets
- Independently modeled economic case by a nationally recognized research economist
- Detailed, synthesized Roadmap the region could build against
The Roadmap included a partner ecosystem spanning hundreds of organizations, an industry and faculty learning series, R1 research, university capstone projects, K–12 curriculum, a university quantum sales program, and regional and international hackathons.

We are agnostic to technology and to partner firms. We build on stakeholder vision and assets, and our work belongs to the people it was built for long after we have gone. Our only stake is whether a plan works.
